Refund Policy

True Market Insiders wants you to be ecstatic about your new purchase.  Please let us know what we are doing right and where we can improve, as we always want to improve our service to you.

If you do need to cancel one of our educational programs or tools/data services, we're here to help.

(To make it easier, we’ll refer to these entities as the “True Market Insiders Services” in this policy.)

As with any purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at True Market Insiders. The main thing to remember is by placing an order or making a purchase at True Market Insiders, you agree to the terms set forth below along with True Market Insiders Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Refund Policy

When canceling a service purchased from True Market Insiders, please keep the following in mind:

  • For data and tools subscriptions, you have 60 calendar days from the original date of purchase to cancel your "subscription services" for a full refund.  Cancellation requests after the 60-day cancellation window will receive a prorated credit for any of our other products.  Currently, our data/tools subscription service is Technical Analysis Millionaire Tools (TAM Tools).
  • For our online courses, you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to cancel online courses for the cost of the course, for a full refund.  This is because our courses are considered to be “evergreen” content.       Canceling the service after 60 days would be akin to asking a movie theater for a refund of a movie you’ve just watched in its entirety. Cancellation requests after the 60-day cancellation window will receive a prorated credit for any of our other products.  Our current paid online course is "Technical Analysis Millionaire (TAM)" and we have lots of free education on our websites as well. We will soon launch a slew of other paid educational programs.
  • We will politely ask the reasoning for the cancel for quality improvement purposes.

There are some services or productions, however, that are ineligible for a refund, including:

  • Live webinars or live webinar series.
  • "One-off" educational reports on current market conditions.
  • Live seminar presentations that are not canceled within one month prior to the event.

How to Cancel A Service:

True Market Insiders does not accept cancellation requests via email but you can simply call our customer care department, toll free, at 855.822.0269 or if calling from outside the U.S. (exit country code) +1.561.206.1207.

Please have the credit card available with which you used to make the original purchase and request a cancellation form.  We require that you fill out this simple form and send it to us either by scanning and emailing it, faxing it or sending it regular mail.

Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation form, a refund is initiated immediately.  Refunds may take 24-48 hours to process but will be calculated based on the date the refund request form is received.  For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Exchanges

Items that are eligible for exchange are subscription products such as

  • TAM Tools
  • Live webinars or live webinar series
  • "One-off" research reports
  • Live seminars as long as the exchange request is made within two weeks prior to the live event
